Key Changes and Requirements
1. New Processing Fees for Approvals
The processing fees for the approval of new maritime training institutes and courses have been revised.
- Institute Approval: Rs.3,00,000/-
- Course Approval: Rs.1,50,000/-
- New Courses: Fees vary per course, see Annexure I
2. Payment and Refund
The processing fee is a one-time, non-refundable, and non-transferable payment to be made through the e-governance training module (online). If the proposal for the course is rejected, the processing fee paid will not be refunded or adjusted against any other maritime course.
