Key Changes and Requirements
1. Swachhata Pakhwada Campaign
The Ministry of Shipping is organizing a 'Swachhata Pakhwada' campaign from 16th to 30th September 2018. The campaign aims to enhance the cleanliness and hygiene of office premises and surroundings.
- Activities: Upkeep and cleaning of office premises, disposal of unused items, weeding out old files/records, repairs and maintenance, awareness drive, and special pest control drive.
- Responsibilities: All officers, attended offices, and branches are requested to ensure regular cleanliness in their divisions and give 'Shramdan' at their workplaces and residential areas.
2. Action Taken Report
All branches and attended offices are required to submit an Action Taken Report to the Directorate by 5th October 2018.
Important Note
All employees are requested to throw rubbish only in the dustbin and not to spit in public areas to help keep the public areas clean.
