Key Changes and Requirements
1. License Withdrawal
The RPS license (No. RPSL-MUM-361) issued to M/s Able Angel Ship Mgmt. Pvt. Ltd. is withdrawn with immediate effect.
2. Liability of the Company and Directors
The company and its associated directors remain liable for seafarers recruited and serving onboard.
3. Bank Guarantee
The withheld bank guarantee of INR 10,00,000/- will be returned upon submission of required documents as per the checklist.
4. Appeal Process
The company can appeal against this order within 30 days of receipt to the Principal Officer, Mercantile Marine Department, Mumbai.
Important Note
This withdrawal order has been issued with the approval of the Director, Seamen’s Employment Office, Mumbai.
