Key Changes and Requirements
1. Online Reporting Procedure for CIP
The following procedure outlines the steps for MTIs and CIP reporting Recognized organizations (Ro) / Mercantile Marine Department (MMD) to submit self-assessment ratings online.
- MTIs: Follow the steps to submit self-assessment ratings and receive confirmation upon successful submission.
- RO/MMD: Follow the steps to report assessment ratings for MTIs and receive confirmation upon successful submission.
Note: Once the assessment report is submitted online, both the institute and RO/MMD can view the assessed record.
2. User IDs and Passwords
All Recognized Organizations (RO) are advised to collect their user IDs and passwords from the Directorate General of Shipping.
