Corrigedum to Engineer Circular no.125 of 2014 (Requirements to complete Extra First Class Part A Course before enrolling in Part B)

Key Changes and Requirements
1. Clarification on Part A Completion
Candidates must complete Part A of the Extra First Class course before enrolling in Part B. This includes satisfactorily completing at least 5 subjects, including assignments, by 15th May or 15th November, respectively.
2. Institute Responsibilities
DGS approved institutes must ensure that no candidate is enrolled directly into Part B without completing Part A. Institutes must also issue course completion certificates only after verifying that at least 5 subjects have been satisfactorily completed in each part.
3. Examination Schedule
Examinations for all subjects are conducted twice a year, in June and December.
II/4 Candidates who enrolled directly into Part-B before this circular will be considered for examination upon completing Part-A course.
