Trouble description:

Service air (Screw compressor) trips on High Air temperature

We have an air cooled working air compressor. We renewed the air end bearings. After overhaul when we started the compressor it trips on High Discharge Air temperature (105°C)

Measures taken:

Cooler cleaned

LO renewed

LO Filter renewed

LO Separator renewed.

Parameters (Normal/Present):

Compressor trips on High Discharge Air temperature

Lube oil temperature after cooler is 55°C

Motor Amps is 90A during loading (Normal)

Any suggestions why this is happening?
