Key Changes and Requirements
1. Additional Institutes Permitted
Two additional institutes are permitted to conduct one additional batch of 'Ship Security Officer’s Course' per week, with an intake limited to 24 candidates per batch.
- Institutes: OERC Academy, Mumbai and Tolani Maritime Institute, Mumbai
2. Validity and Conditions
This special permission is valid until 1° February, 2014 and is subject to the terms and conditions laid down in Training Circular No.20 of 2013.
