Key Changes and Requirements
1. Refresher Training Requirements
For refresher training in PST, FPFF, PSCRB, and AFF, it's not necessary to have PST or FPFF certificates if you possess PSCRB or AFF certificates, or have achieved equivalent standards through upgradation training after STCW'1995 implementation.
- Original Certificates: Not required for refresher training if you have advanced training certificates or equivalent standards.
2. Updated Certificate Formats
The formats of certificates to be issued upon completion of refresher training for PST, FPFF, PSCRB, and AFF courses have been updated and are attached to this circular.
