Key Changes and Requirements
1. Eligibility for Exemption
Apprentices who completed initial training before 1st August 1998 can appear for Class IV Part A Examination under 1998 rules if they were eligible under 1989 rules.
2. Exemptions under 1998 Rules
Exemptions under 1998 rules are only applicable to those who commenced their initial training after 1st August 1998.
