Key Changes and Requirements
1. Procedure for Global Tender Invitations
Charterers and principals advertising global tenders must now:
- Publish the invitation in newspapers or electronic formats.
- Communicate the published document to INSA simultaneously.
Non-compliance may result in action under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958.
