Key Changes and Requirements
1. Mandatory Application Form Collection
Institutes must now collect duly filled application forms along with applicable fees for revalidation from candidates.
- For Engineering Candidates: Form 15/15A with legible photo copies of required documents.
- For Nautical Candidates: Appropriate form with legible photo copies of required documents.
2. Institute Procedures
- i. Verify documents and return originals to candidates.
- ii. Collect fees and return to MMD with candidate's application.
- iii. Forward application details to nearest MMD within a day of receipt.

Candidates must submit their application forms along with prescribed fees as per META Manual.
