Key Changes and Requirements
1. Course Approval and Inspection
A committee appointed by the Director General of Shipping will inspect the simulator and its configuration to ensure the course can be conducted according to the guidelines.
2. Compliance and Enforcement
Training institutes are expected to follow these guidelines in letter and spirit.
