Key Changes and Requirements
1. Revised Fees Structure
A new fees structure for approval of plans/booklets and miscellaneous surveys/inspections has been implemented. The revised fee is available in the Annexure of the circular.
- Payment Method: Crossed Demand Draft in favor of Director General of Shipping, Mumbai or MMDs Mumbai/Kolkatta/Chennai
- Additional Expenses: TA/DA expenses incurred by surveyors should be recovered based on actuals or as per government scale
