Key Changes and Requirements
1. Annual Immovable Property Return
All Group 'A' and Group 'B' Government servants are required to file their Annual Immovable Property Return (IPR) of the previous year latest by 31st January of the following year.
- Penalty for non-compliance: Denial of vigilance clearance for empanelment, deputation, sensitive posts, and training programmes.
- Public domain: IPRs should be placed in the public domain by 31st March of that year.
