1. Clarification on MSN 12/2022
The Merchant Shipping Notice - 12/2022 does not prevent Indian flag vessels or Indian manned vessels from transiting the Red Sea and/or the Bab el-Mandeb Straits.
- However, all necessary precautions shall be taken, keeping the safety of personnel and vessel as paramount.
