The Directorate General of Shipping has introduced an online 'Marine Casualty Reporting System' to modernize the process of casualty reporting.
- Access: DG Shipping portal - "DG Commcentre Online Marine Casualty Reporting"
- Process: Fill basic information, receive OTP, access FIR form, submit, and receive email confirmation with update link
