Key Changes and Requirements
1. Suspension of Maritime Courses — all pre-sea courses suspended
All maritime courses, including pre-sea courses, are suspended until further notice. MTIs will remain closed.
2. Travel Advisory for Seafarers — do not sign off and be repatriated except in utmost emergency
Indian seafarers are advised not to sign off and be repatriated from their ships except in an utmost emergent situation due to travel restrictions.
