MTOs are advised to use the revised checklist for registration certificates and renewal of registration.

2. Changes in Name/Address
MTOs are required to update their records if there are any changes in their name or address.
- Update Procedure: MTOs should follow the procedure outlined in the MTO Procedure Manual
